Change before you have to.
—Jack Welch

We have a detailed and systematic engagement and onboarding process. After your initial consultation, we will review your current accounting and prior year taxes. This analysis allows us to identify tax savings opportunities as well as provide an accurate scope of services and fee quote based on your unique set of facts and circumstances. Prior to signing, we walk-through your engagement letter with you so that you understand the scope of work covered and the associated fees. This is an opportunity for mutual expectation setting for our working relationship. When you engage with Trident, we will ask you to complete our New Client Packet which allows us to gather as much of your information upfront as we can. Then, we will set up an onboarding meeting to collect necessary documentation, set up Quickbooks Online, and ask & answer any questions. We find that being thorough in the beginning sets everyone up for success.
